Right of withdrawal

This is a convenience translation. Only the German version is legally binding.

Consumers have the following right of withdrawal. It does not apply to businesses. We sell the Team licence to businesses only.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Get IT Done GmbH, Preißlerstraße 7e, 90429 Nürnberg, Germany, phone: +49 157 58150846, email: info@itdone.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

End of the withdrawal policy

Note: early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium once we have begun performance of the contract after you

1. expressly agreed that we begin performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period,
2. confirmed your knowledge that by your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins, and
3. we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract including this consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium (Section 356 (5) BGB).

We begin performance by sending you the licence key and the download link by email immediately after payment.

Withdraw from the contract

The easiest way to withdraw is an email to info@itdone.de with the subject "Withdraw from contract". Please state your name, the email address of your order and the order date. You do not need to give the licence key or invoice number, but they help us find your order quickly. You can also use the form below.

We confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email without undue delay.
